Terms of Use

Using the game
These terms apply to Maomori, operated by Kyohei Hakka. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If local law requires parental consent, obtain it before playing or purchasing. Apple’s applicable platform terms and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Your game and online name
You are responsible for your device and the information you choose to publish. Do not use a nickname that impersonates someone, reveals personal information, or contains unlawful or abusive content. Local progress and online rankings are separate. There is no guaranteed campaign cloud backup.
Fair play
Do not manipulate rankings, exploit purchases, interfere with services, distribute malicious software, or infringe others’ rights. To protect fair play, invalid submissions may be rejected and abusive online access may be restricted. This does not remove rights provided by applicable law.
Purchases and random summons
The game offers optional purchases through Apple. Check the price and item description in the purchase dialog. Comfort Pack is a non-consumable speed feature; Summon Stones are consumable virtual items used for randomized summons. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Duplicates contribute to pact growth. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the supported game functions.
Restoration and refunds
Comfort Pack may be restored with the same Apple account through 기타 > 구매 복원. A spent consumable is not restored as a fresh balance. Refund eligibility and processing are determined by Apple and applicable law. For purchase issues, use Apple support or contact the developer. No term here waives mandatory refund or consumer rights.
Ads, updates and availability
Optional rewarded ads require completion to grant the stated reward. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Balance, content and online features may be updated; networks, maintenance or provider issues can affect service. Material changes or service discontinuation will be communicated through the app or official pages where practicable.
Rights and responsibility
Game artwork, music, writing and software belong to the developer or their respective licensors. The game is provided subject to applicable law; no promise is made that it will always be error-free or available. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law, and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
Changes will be posted with an updated date; material changes will be notified where practicable. Questions may be sent to appkyoheihakka@gmail.com. These terms are governed by Japanese law except where mandatory protections in your country apply. Nothing here prevents you from exercising statutory rights or using a competent forum provided by applicable law.
